Mission Statement

Montauk Surfcaster Alliance was formed to address the concerns of fishermen about the passion of a single fish, the Striped Bass and the world in which gives it life. Through the understanding that this small cog in the greater fisheries of our nation was a crucial part of a greater need that to protect all the cogs in the environment that support and nourish our beloved Striped Bass through a fair and equitable means. It is of goal to protect these fisheries, fisheries habitats and coastlines that support our small cog the Striped Bass.
