One 6’ table and chairs are provided. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor without reason. All exhibitors are responsible for leaving their area clean after after the show. Setup starts at 3pm. Booth break down prior to the close of the show is not permitted. No rain date. No refund of donation.
Liability Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of the of the opportunity to participate in MSA show of 2023 Surf Day
Fishing Show, the undersigned hereby agrees to release & hold harmless The Montauk Surfcasters Association, The Montauk Surfcasters Alliance staff, speakers, volunteers, committee members & their agents,heirs & assigns from any & all liability arising out of any damage & or the loss or injury to the undersigned or their agents, equipment, displays & any other exhibit – related objects in any way related to the installation, display or sale of products exhibited at Surf Day Fishing Show at the Hilton Long Island/Hilton, 598 Broad Hollow Rd., Melville, NY 11747.
The undersigned further agrees to release from liability & hold harmless,Hilton Long Island/Hilton, their staff, volunteers, committee members, their agents, heirs & assigns, from any & all claims arising out of the undersigned’s agents, personal injuries sustained or in any way arising out of any activities & those that are in any way related to the installation of work & exhibition site.
This waiver of liability & hold harmless agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any mediation, suit, or other proceeding must be filed or entered into only in New York & the federal or state courts of New York.
IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE & REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing waiver of liability & hold harmless agreement, understand it & sign it voluntarily as my own free act & deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age & fully competent; & I execute this agreement for full, adequate & complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
